This Just In

Our hard working, ever imaginative baking department has just offered up a pre-Christmas sample of their latest concoction: whole wheat, sugar free shortbread.

And NO; that is not an oxymoron.

This promises to be a lovely, light Holiday treat, guaranteed to beat the sugar blues at the next family gathering.

All we're prepared to say, at this early developmental stage, is buy some Rice Flour and Butter and stay tuned to this station for breaking news. We anticipate one or two minor adjustments to the recipe before making the results available to our larger viewing audience.
