Well, THAT Explains It

The new power meter, I mean.

A $290 credit just might do it.

The SaskPower Man came the other day and changed meters for us.

Then the SaskPower Lady phoned to see if our lifestyle had changed dramatically since August. Had we been away for a month? Was there something that could explain a drastic drop in electricity consumption?

I suppose having to heat 2 less showers-worth of water every day, and having 2 less people running computers and doing laundry... and 2 fewer lights on...

I mean, it's not that I don't think of them often.

It's not that I don't miss them. 

But- it's just life, you know?

And I didn't even think about both of our daughters moving out when I told the SaskPower Lady... no... no major life changes that I  can think of...
