I Know What It Was...

I wrote:


Micah- Take this form back after lunch. Your soup is on the stove. Save half of the brownies for Thomas.


Thomas- There's bread cut for grilled cheese if you want and tomato soup in the cupboard.

Don't forget to put away the cheese whiz, and generally clean up after yourself.

    As a wife and mother you KNOW now. We males simply don't see the mess/fuss/dirt/muddle/piles/whatever that has just driven you to distraction. The male brain is designed for hunting - we stalk prey, zero in on fast moving objects, track our targets through time and space, vectoring in for the kill.



    That's probably why, when a woman wants us to tidy up, she has to throw something.
