If not, at least it's using the "woman's prerogative" to change it's mind.
Although, at last look, the red snowfall warning was still flashing, they have given us a reprieve from the 10+ cm of snow they were expecting.
It's still gray and cloudy, but it seems like above zero temperatures and no white, wet stuff is in the offing.
I'll take that.
