sweeping out the nest
This is what I said about you to Dixie this morning, as we both read this post: "She's good!"I'm quite impressed with what you've come up with in these Scrabble Tile posts. How long does it generally take you to write the morning's message?
Why, thank you, Sir. It has been taking me anywhere from half an hour to two days to come up with the Easter week haiku. Once I saw that it was going to be a daily thing I pretty much started thinking about the next one or two as soon as I'd finished the first. The Moon love story took Thomas about half an hour, he says, while I spent a good day and a half working out a reply to it. I also think it was very good. I'm very pleased with the end result. (and to be perfectly honest, I liked Thomas' haiku so much that while I worked out Friday's Easter poem on the computer and made sure that it would work with the Scrabble tiles, I didn't actually write it on the fridge, preferring to leave the Moon poem up):)
