Note To Self:

No more evening coffee.

Actually, how about no coffee after 12:00 noon.

It seems to keep you awake.

Not initially, but keep in mind that it has been keeping you up at night.

Two nights in a row.

You may be able to fall asleep upon retiring, but if you wake up in the middle of the night, you don't seem to be able to fall back to sleep again.

And you always wake up in the night.

So. No more coffee.

Hang on; what if it's not the coffee?! What if the coffee is innocent.

What if I am becoming

Really becoming


What if, regardless of what I drink at night, I will wake up after 4 or 5 hours. what if I am becoming an Old Napping Person. Sleep a few hours at night... nap after breakfast... nap before lunch... nap in the afternoon... nap after supper... sleep a few hours in the night...

Next it will be a bowl of bran flakes before the night-time semi sleep.


It has to be the coffee.
