"A" stands for "Allen".

In case you wondered, "W" stands for "Wright", (not "Walter" as I thought!)
They have a great bacon and egg breakfast, by the way.
And the "Allen and Wright" coffee is very good.

The French toast is good, if a little 'eggy' too. And they ask if you want 1 or 2 tubs of maple syrup on it.
