I saw it in the Pharmacy at WalMart, and succumbed to an impulse.
Of course I had to try it out.
I gave an oatmeal raisin cookie recipe from "Company's Coming Cookies" a few tweaks and the results are pretty good.
Be aware that Splenda Brown Sugar Blend is a combination of Splenda and brown sugar, and has, gram for gram, the same carbs as regular brown or white sugar. The benefit is in the hyper- sweetness factor of Splenda; I find that a 1/2 cup of Splenda will sweeten as much as 1 cup of sugar. It was fairly dear- a very small bag cost $4, but I'll experiment with it a bit, and see what it does.
