That's ONE Mystery Solved...

Google is a wonderful thing.

The Bassa Fillets I bought are most likely a Vietnamese Catfish.

I also found a couple of suggestions for cooking them, so I'll get them out of the freezer and give them a try for supper.

Now, if I would only hear something about that Avon that is cluttering up my sewing room...

  1. we buy basa quite often, it's a nice mild tasting fish.

    A couple fave ways of doing it for us are grilled with lemon juice and herbs (mrs. dash table blend is great if you have any); or just putting a tsp or so of caesar dressing on each side and grilling it that way.

    Also good baked in foil with veggies.
