Whole wheat flour... 10 grain cereal... olive oil instead of shortening...

At least mine is cherry pie.
Sure I made his pie with whole milk and sugar and egg yolks and coconut... sure it tastes divine.... (didn't I lick off the spoon?!) and sure there's Splenda instead of sugar in mine and the crust will be crunchy... but... mine's cherry!
I think it's kind of interesting that my Dad asked for Coconut Cream pie for his birthday supper. That's Randall's favourite kind too.
