Just practicing my Mad Scientist laugh.
I'm off to the kitchen to do some experimenting with pumpkin and bread...
The vision is for a cinnamon bun type thing made with a pumpkin bread dough. But not a quick bread, muffiny-loafy thing. A yeast bread.
If it works, I'll be making 6 dozen for next week's MOPS meeting.
If it doesn't work...
Well, then it's back to the drawing board.
But I saw a really cute "pumpkin" cake made with a bundt pan, and if that were made with a home-made pumpkin spice cake and cream cheese icing....
