The Difference Between Children

And Grown-Up Children,

Is that on Christmas morning  the Mother can enjoy a solitary breakfast at 9:00.

As an added bonus, the cinnamon buns and orange rolls I made yesterday for breakfast today can be served up tomorrow. Since only two of the twenty-four were consumed before gift opening at 10:00, and after the gift opening at 11:00 they were saving themselves for the turkey & ham lunch.

If they follow through on their plans to hit the mall tomorrow for the boxing day sales, buns & rolls will be a handy thing to have available for breakfast.
