The Ladies' Retreat is over, and it was, I think- by all accounts- a success.
I'm certainly tired though.
This morning I calculated that I averaged 6 hours of sleep per night last week- and that includes the 2 1/2 hour nap I had when I got home yesterday afternoon.
Not so much when you're a person who needs 8 hours a night to be civil and 10 hours to be in top form... although the 10 hour thing is still more a theory than anything, not being able, as a general rule, to maintain a 10 hour a night sleep habit.
I'm home, anyway.
As little as possible.
Yup... it was instant porridge for breakfast, peanut butter and jelly for lunch, and I'm leaning towards Cheez Whiz cracker sandwiches and tomato soup for supper!
And maybe another nap...
