Another Day Older And Deeper In Debt

Hillary passed me a folded up note during the sermon yesterday. Apparently she was deeply engrossed in the guest speaker's message. Not.

Her note?

Happy Birthday
     to you!
Happy Birthday to you!
Happy Birthday
     dear mom,
Happy Birthday
     to you!

A Happy Birthday to you,
A Happy Birthday to you!
May you find Jesus near
every day of the year!
A Happy Birthday to you,
A Happy Birthday to you!
And the best year
you ever had!

bon a feta at twa,
bon a feta at twa,
bon a feta,
share Mom,
Bon a feta at twa!

Attempts at phonetic French aside, we get the message!

Thanks, Hillary!

Now for breakfast, lunch... the birthday cake... supper... and a load of laundry for Thomas' underwear.

Just another day in paradise.

  2. We actually had 2 birthdays in our church yesterday. As the pastor announced. 1 boy entering his teen years...and one ... well slightly older... way older... another boy turning 50. I am guessing you fall somewhere in between those two ages.

Hope you have a happy birthday
